Will I be charged sales tax?

North Carolina residents will be charged sales tax.

How do I pay for my order, and what is my total?

To make payment via credit card, Paypal, check, money order or cash, please use the Check Out button. Your grand total and our mailing address will be provided at the end of the Check Out process. If you have ordered more than one item, all of your purchases will be automatically combined in the Check Out process.

I have not received my item(s). When can I expect my order to arrive?

All items ship via United States Postal Service methods in a timely fashion. On occasion, inefficiencies in the USPS delivery system can cause slower-than-anticipated transit time. Please allow all shipments up to two weeks (domestic) or 3 weeks (international) to arrive before contacting us for further information. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I have not received my item(s). What are my options?

If your item has shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) or reship of your order after 20 days (from ship date) for a domestic order and 30 days (from ship date) for an international order. Please email us if this is the case.

If your item has not shipped, you are entitled to a full refund after 10 days (from payment receipt).

If your item has shipped, all disputes after 45 days (from payment receipt) are considered closed.

I received part of my shipment. Where is the rest?

Packages often ships from our warehouse in partial shipments. The remainder of your order should be on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please see shipping rates and times under Shipping Terms.

Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

Yes, we ship to U.S. military bases.

Where do I mail my payment?

If you plan on mailing payment (cash, check or money order), please click on the Check Out button on the auction page. Our mailing address will be provided during the Check Out process.

Can I pick up my order personally and save on my Shipping and Handling fees?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a customer service center for pickup of items. We ship all items to our customers directly.

How can I get a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item?

If your items are damaged or packaged incorrectly, we will re-ship your items. All damaged or incorrect items must be returned to us for verification prior to re-shipment. No refunds will be permitted.

** Please Note: International Customers: We are sorry that we cannot accept returns on DVDs for DVD player non-compatibility as stated on the auction page. We specify on every auction page that are DVDs are Region 1 ONLY and for bidders to check this before bidding on any auction. Thank you!

After 45 days from the date of order, no re-shipments of missing, damaged, or incorrectly packaged orders will be permitted.

This form only applies to DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items. For unopened items, please see our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee below.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to replace it for you. Please fill out a Return Authorization Form and mail the item back to us. This form must be included with your return in order to qualify for an exchange.

What is your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

All unopened items in which payment cleared within the last 30 days may be sent back to us for a full refund. Return shipping charges as well as original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will not be reimbursed. Refund will be issued by the original method of payment. No exchanges or store credits will be given. Refunds will only be issued for items returned.

How do I return my item(s) for a full refund?

This form only applies to UNOPENED items. For damaged or defective replacements, please see above.
