"Great Performances: The Lost Language of Cranes" presenters: KERA (Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton) KQED (San Francisco) Maryland Public Television (MPT) South Carolina Educational Television (SCETV) WTTW (Chicago) Shown at Palm Springs International Film Festival January 8-15, 1992; shown at London Film Festival November 6-21, 1991. Shown at the Gay & Lesbian Media Coalition's "Out on the Screen" festival March 20, 1992. Broadcast in the UK in early 1992. Shot in 16mm. The crew also included: Kim Powers, dramaturg ("Great Performances"), Kimberly Meyers, director of drama ("Great Performances") and Gary Clare, director of creative development ("Great Performances") and Jac Venza, executive producer ("Great Performances").
