Based on the popular book series by Walter Farley, ADVENTURES OF THE BLACK STALLION explores the bond between a young boy and his horse Black. Black is among the fastest horses there is. Yet, equal to the horse's speed is his untamed nature. He is only calmed by one boy, Alec (Richard Ian Cox), who is the only person the horse allows to ride him. Based on the 1979 children's film, this 1990s Family Channel series was loved by children during its brief run. Mickey Rooney reprises his role as Henry Dailey, the retired trainer who helps teach Alec the ropes. All 26 episodes of the first season are presented here.
