Martial arts action star Bruce Li takes center stage in FISTS OF FURY III, which carries on in a similar vein to the first two movies in the series. The fight scenes are as brutal and visceral as fans of the genre have come to expect, and the movie has a basic plot that loosely follows up on on the tragedies that occurred in the first two films. Li makes a competent substitute for Bruce Lee (who starred in the original FISTS OF FURY) and the film has a retro '70s feel that only adds to its appeal.
