  • A family camping trip into the pine forests of southern New Jersey becomes a harrowing battle against the supernatural when a wicked urban legend emerges from the darkness of the deep woods. Rumor has it that 400 years ago, Satan himself sired The Jersey Devil. The name alone is enough to strike fear into the heart of anyone from the region, but adventurous urbanite Richard Vineyard (Stephen Moyer) is determined to get his kids off of the couch, and experiencing life. Shortly after journeying deep into the forest for the perfect rustic camping site, however, Richard has a run-in with the Jersey Devil that leaves him deeply shaken. Later, as Richard's behavior grows increasingly erratic, his terrified wife and children begin to fear that they will never make it out of the forest alive.
