In Your Dreams finds Stevie Nicks weaving her signature vocals through a mix of Bob Dylan-inspired folk songs, Italian love ballads, and rock anthems. Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell co-wrote two tracks, while Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard shared production duties. Nicks' first solo album in a decade, In Your Dreams was issued in spring 2011, nearly ten years to the day after Trouble in Shangri-La's 2001 release.

  • Critic Reviews
Rolling Stone (p.69) - 3.5 stars out of 5 -- "[T]he material is Nick in platform-soled hyper-romantic mode, with her voice in surprisingly supple shape....Nicks finds storytelling inspiration everywhere..."
Entertainment Weekly (p.74) - "[S]treaked with the witchy-woman weirdness only she can bring..." -- Grade: A
Billboard (p.30) - "[T]racks like the single 'Secret Love,' 'For What It's Worth' and 'New Orleans' are strong enough to stand alongside Nicks' best work, both solo and with Fleetwood Mac."
Record Collector (magazine) (p.99) - 3 stars out of 5 -- "[T]he sounds and styles are still very much her own, and firmly rooted in the 70s."
