  • The detective drama MATT HOUSTON debuted on ABC in September 1982 and lasted approximately three seasons. An unapologetically slick saga with adventurous overtones and a glamorous cast, it concerned Matlock "Matt" Houston (Lee Horsley), a good-looking, wealthy playboy and the heir to an oil empire, who ventured from Texas to California to handle the offshore operations of his family's oil business. Once there, however, he found that little actually needed to be done, and spent nearly all of his free time working as an amateur P.I., working on solving local cases. Supporting Houston were his business partner, George Wyner (Murray Chase) and his sexy lawyer C.J. (Pamela Hensley). This set contains all of the 23 Season One episodes, as they originally aired.
