    This album is the last of four (!) Nancy Sinatra released in 1966, a time when pop stars apparently had a more serious work ethic. It's something of a return to the formula of her earlier albums, after a brief detour into old-timey pre-rock standards on SUGAR.
    Here, more sensibly, Sinatra purrs her sex-kittenish way through a series of songs by her producer/Svengali Lee Hazlewood, and covers various pop hits of the day, including the Drifters' "On Broadway," and Dusty Springfield's "Wishin' and Hopin'." She also essays the theme songs to two quintessentially '60s flicks, including the James Bond epic "You Only Live Twice," in which she's backed by members of the London Philharmonic. And speaking of things quintessentially '60s, don't miss the bonus track, a duet with father Frank, appropriately entitled "Life's a Trippy Thing."
