Conscious of pop and R\u0026amp;B history but not enslaved to it, Rebekah's music is fresh and alive with possiblities. She blends singer-songwriter folk-rock with funk, rock, soul and sample-conscious alternative rock. There's a vital world of unpredictable sonic textures on Remember to Breathe that are continually intriguing, but what's particularly exciting about the record is how Rebekah's writing seamlessly blends these styles together into memorable, melodic songs. The eclecticism never seems like grandstanding -- it's organic, and all the more effective for it. Occasionally, producer Matthew Wilder has given the music a bit too much gloss, but that doesn't prevent Remember to Breathe from being a stunning debut. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine","brand":"MovieMars","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46333110878495,"sku":"075596211529","price":11.95,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0679\/7833\/0399\/files\/8554506d46e227ee10acca7e4919e76b.jpg?v=1777736129","url":"https:\/\/www.moviemars.com\/products\/remember-to-breathe","provider":"MovieMars","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
