It is 1999 and Mandy is finding it hard to balance her career as a nurse, her drug addiction, and her involvement in the black market. One day, she gets a double shift and she vows to finish it without having any kind of accident. Unfortunately for her, when her cousin Regina fails to deliver a kidney, she finds herself frantically looking for a replacement. Things turn more chaotic when Jefferson, an injured convict, arrives at the hospital.
