Mandy, a drug-addicted nurse who finance her habit by stealing patients' medications and harvesting organs to sell to illegal traffickers, finds herself in trouble when her cousin Regina bungles a kidney delivery. Angry trafficker Nicholas threatens to take Regina's kidney if she will not deliver one soon, resulting in the cousins' commital of a series of murders.
