Alive [DualDisc]

New England-based metalcore band Bury Your Dead have earned a rabid legion of fans with their ferocious blend of metal, hardcore punk, and tongue-in-cheek Tom Cruise references (every song on their 2004 album COVER YOUR TRACKS is named after a Cruise film, from "Top Gun" and "Risky Business" to "Eyes Wide Shut" and "Mission: Impossible"). In concert, the band are renowned for high-energy live shows that fully capture the sound and fury of their recorded work--and earned them a coveted spot on the 2005 Ozzfest tour. ALIVE presents Bury Your Dead's first concert album with a 12-song set recorded by musician Paul Minor (of Death by Stereo, Atreyu, Terror) and directed by filmmaker Darren Doane (GODMONEY, XDOANEX) at the Anaheim club Chain Reaction on May 10, 2005. This DualDisc features the CD version of ALIVE on one side and the DVD version (with corresponding video footage) on the other.
