By relying on early-'60s material from Bob Dylan -- i.e., pre-stardom songs that have entered the public domain -- this triple-disc set from Not Now is able to balance three of the titans of 20th century American folk. This, along with some not necessarily prime cuts from Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie, means the collection isn't definitive by any stretch. Nevertheless, it's impressive to hear all three figures in one compilation, so it earns its affordable price point. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
