American Wedding [P&S]

American Wedding, the third film in the popular American Pie series arrives on DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that fails to preserve the original theatrical aspect ratio. English, Spanish, and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. Supplemental materials include deleted scenes and outtakes, as well as a featurette detailing Stiffler's wackier turns of phrase. This is a fine disc for what it is, but the same extras are available on a different edition that offers a widescreen transfer of the film. An unrated cut is also available on yet another DVD release of the film.
