Andrés Segovia was an unrivaled virtuoso on the Spanish guitar. Two documentary programs on this extraordinary man are presented here, both by filmmaker Christopher Nupen. SEGOVIA AT LOS OLIVOS was shot at Segovia's Andalusian home in 1967, and captures him at the height of his powers; ANDRÉS SEGOVIA: THE SONG OF THE GUITAR was filmed in 1976, in Grenada and the Alhambra, when the legendary musician was 84--but still going strong.
