This relaxation DVD features both full-screen and widescreen formats with Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS Surround Sound. The saltwater tank can be viewed with either the full tank or close-ups of individual fish. Those wanting to know more can access the onscreen "Fishography" of each species. DVD-ROM users can access full-function screensavers and a fish calendar. Viewers can choose between four different audio tracks: bubbling water, waves on a beach, new age relaxation music, or new age meditation music.
