Arctic Mission

Seismic changes in the earth's climate have meant the future of the human race is far from assured. In this collection of five films, a number of scientists are followed as they head out into the brutal Arctic climate, where they chart the problems the world faces as global warming begins to have a slow, perilous effect on the region. The findings are disturbing, but the films collected here must be applauded for their attempts to raise such an issue to a greater level of understanding.
