Beautician and the Beast

Fran Drescher stars in this perky comedy as Joy Miller, a hairdresser who, after a fire rescue makes her a hero, is approached by the emissary of an East European dictatorship to tutor the children of his country's brash, strong-willed leader, Boris Pochenko (Timothy Dalton).
