Released in 2010, A Best of Us. For the Rest of Us is a greatest-hits compilation from California ska-punk band Reel Big Fish. Due to a conflict with the Jive label, the two-disc set is made up of re-recorded versions of their hits, featuring classics like "Everything Sucks" and "Sell Out," as well as covers of a-ha's "Take on Me" and Van Morrison's "Brown Eyed Girl." The second disc features bonus "skacoustic" versions of their hits. While these remade versions don't quite capture the energy of the originals, the disc of acoustic tracks makes this a compilation that should appeal to both old fans and new. ~ Gregory Heaney
