Blake of Scotland Yard

Former Scotland Yard Inspector James Blake has spent a huge amount of his retirement fund to finance a death ray that was invented by his friends Jerry Sheehan and Hope Mason. Following a presentation of the new machine to the public, Count Basil Zegellhoff tries a number of times to steal the machine with the help of a criminal called The Scorpion. Once they succeed in the theft they realize that an important part of the ray is missing so the two heartless outlaws embark on a reign of terror in order to gain the missing part. Now it is up to James Blake to stop them in their tracks.
