Something goes slashing in the night when a creature of the dark begins terrorizing patients and staff at a mental hospital that is locked down every evening. The chilling frightfest stars Tobin Bell ("Saw") as the head of the institution; Renee O'Connor plays his kindly right-hand doctor.
