A story of a Mexican peasant boy and the bull he saves and makes his pet, until the original owner of the animal returns to claim the beast and ship it off to the bullring, where it is pitted against the country's top matador. The film won a Best Story Oscar for Robert Rich, who was actually blacklisted writer Dalton Trumbo.
