This new edition of Canciones de Novelas contains 11 favorites heard in some of the most popular telenovelas of the last two decades by top artists. Highlighting this set is Ricky Martin's classic "Vuelve" from his third album back in 1998, but it's hardly the only smash here. Check Sin Bandera's "Entra en Mi Vida," "Que Alguien Me Diga (Balada)" by Gilberto Santa Rosa, the rocking "Donde Iran" from La 5ª Estación with Sin Bandera, and Alejandro Fernández's devastating romantic ballad "Si Tú Supieras" for more evidence. Other than the television theme, there is little rhyme or reason to the way the compilation was curated, but given its budget price tag, it doesn't need one.
