Carmen

Carmen is a Mexican who witnesses the murder of her mother and tries to escape to Los Angeles to avoid the same fate. She meets Aiden, an American border patrol officer still haunted by his stint as a soldier in Afghanistan. When his patrol partner decides to hunt down a crossing Carmen, Aiden kills him and runs away with her. What follows is a journey where each pursues the freedoms they seek.
