A blue-collar laborer, a correctional officer, and the henchmen of a notorious and incarcerated kingpin strive to outwit one another in their efforts to obtain three million dollars hidden at the abandoned Castle Heights Hospital after the laborer stumbles upon the loot while preparing the crumbling building for demolition at the behest of the city council.
