Charm City Kings

One Baltimore summer, a young teen dreams of becoming part of the Midnight Clique, a group of dirt bike-riding teens who run the streets. Meanwhile, he becomes caught in the crossfire of a dispute between an ex-convict and a private investigator as his mother struggles to put him on a safer path.
