Chronicles Of Riddick: Dark Fury (USA Import)

Released in the wake of both the extended cut DVD for Pitch Black and the theatrical opening of The Chronicles of Riddick, The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury is an animated short that links together the story in the two live-action films. Created by Peter Chung, one of the contributors to The Animatrix and the man behind the cult MTV series Aeon Flux, the film features the voice of Vin Diesel in the role he originated on the big-screen. The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury comes to DVD in widescreen on this release from Universal. The original English soundtrack is presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound, as is a track dubbed in Spanish. There are also Spanish and French subtitles available. Along with the feature presentation, the disc includes three featurettes that take viewers behind the scenes for extra insight into the production process and Chung's imagination.
