This disc represents the seventh "issue" of the DVD magazine Circuit. The disc contains a standard full-frame image. The English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. There are neither subtitles nor closed-captions on this release. Although there are no special features, the disc does contain performances by Negativeland, Victoria Williams, and Ween that will interest fans of those bands and pop culture enthusiasts in general.
