Circumstance

Free-spirited Tehran teens Atafeh (Nikohl Boosheri) and Shireen deal with their burgeoning sexuality while living under the rigid rules of Iran's oppressive government in this powerful drama. Meanwhile, Atafeh's brother Mehran joins the morality police, and he soon becomes obsessed with rescuing Shireen from his sister's reckless influence, even at the risk of destroying his entire family.
