A loving mother named Cielo finds her daughter is the victim of a kidnap-for-ransom scheme by a young man known as El Puma. However, when she pays the ransom, her daughter isn't returned. What follows is a determined mother's search for her own daughter when authorities can't even help her, as her own investigations lead her to a run-in with a dangerous cartel.
