After her first English-language album, Sisters & Empathy, failed to achieve the success of her previous native-tongued efforts, Belgian singer/songwriter Axelle Red returns to her roots with the entirely French-sung blues-influenced eighth studio album, Un Coeur Comme le Mien. Recorded in a former church outside Woodstock, New York, her first release through Naïve Records features two collaborations with Robbie Williams' ex-songwriting partner Guy Chambers, "Dans les Bras des Hommes" and the lead single, "La Claque." ~ Jon O'Brien
