Cold Creek Manor

Mike Figgis directed this offbeat psychological thriller which has been given a solid presentation for its release on DVD. Cold Creek Manor has been transferred to disc in letterboxed format at the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has also been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors. The audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital 5.1; in addition to the original English-language soundtrack, a dubbed version in French has been included, as well as optional Spanish-language subtitles and closed captions in English. Bonus material includes an audio commentary from director Mike Figgis, a selection of deleted scenes (including an alternate ending), a look at the making of Cold Creek Manor's "film within the film," and a short feature on Figgis as he discusses the art of the thriller.
