Fleeing from a vengeful hitman, a con artist finds himself in a rural town and stakes out the local police station as the ideal safe house. Yet the scammer finds an unlikely ally in the precinct's newest officer after his would-be assassin manages to trace his whereabouts to the station, leaving him with no means of escape.
