Crimson

In this Spanish horror/crime drama, a gangster is shot in the head during a jewel robbery. His accomplices take him to a doctor, who tells them that his brain is destroyed and he needs a transplant. They murder a rival gangster and have his brain transplanted into the wounded robber.
