Cut Throat City

In the urban heart of New Orleans, four down-on-their-luck childhood friends reunite as young adults after being recruited by a con artist to perform an elaborate, risky heist for a chance to turn their lives around. However, the friends must also contend with a New Orleans reeling in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and the devastation caused by its aftermath.
