Deadlock

Following his son's death at the hands of the police, criminal Ron Whitlock embarks on a quest for revenge. Assembling a team of mercenaries in a plot to overthrow the government, Whitlock seizes power at a government-owned nuclear power plant, ultimately threatening the destruction of a nearby town until a retired Army ranger vows to face Whitlock head-on.
