When it comes to poker movies, this one is the real deal. Burt Reynolds gives a commanding performance as a legendary card shark who retired to save his marriage, but comes back under the spell when he begins to mentor a cocky novice poker player (Bret Harrison). Set in Las Vegas, the film features cameos by poker champs Phil Laak, Chris Moneymaker, Joe Hachem and Greg Raymer. Shannon Elizabeth, Charles Durning.
