Diabolical Doctor Z

A doctor develops a technique for altering personalities to create a kinder and gentler world. After being refused approval for the technique by the medical council, the doctor suffers a fatal heart attack. His daughter is convinced his death was caused by the council, so she takes revenge by using the technique on those who killed him.
