It's non-stop action as Leito (David Belle) and Damien team up to save District 13 from complete annihilation. Two years after the events of the first film, the French government has abandoned their promise to clean up District 13. As social unrest grows, corrupt cops and elected officials conspire to nuke the neighborhood and profit from the redevelopment. Unfortunately for them, Leito and Damien are on the case.
