This stunt-filled, breakneck action thriller charts the adventures of two urban heroes (David Belle, Cyril Raffaelli) battling the Paris drug lord who kidnapped the former's sister and threatens to detonate an incredibly powerful bomb that kills people but leaves buildings standing. Bibi Naceri, who co-wrote the script with filmmaker Luc Besson, costars with Tony D'Amario, Dany Verissimo, Francois Chattot, Nicolas Woirion. Also known as "District B13."
