Doctor Who - Time and the Rani

Doctor Who (Sylvester McCoy) and the rest of the crew of the Tardis find themselves marooned on Lakertya. There, the Rani attempts to thwart the Doctor's sixth regeneration and build herself a time manipulator. Separated and pursued by the Rani's Tetraps, Mel and the Doctor must each deal with the Rani on their own terms before it's too late.
