This charged reenactment of the final days of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler features a riveting performance by Bruno Ganz as Der Fuhrer. The movie, which was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film, boasts an outstanding supporting cast that includes Juliane Kohler as Eva Braun and Ulrich Matthes as Joseph Goebbels. Directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel from a script adapted from the memoirs of Hitler's secretary, Traudl Junge (played by Alexandra Maria Lara), who died in 2002. Corinna Harfouch.
