Eastern Voices At Morgenland Festival Osnabruck

Documentarians Frank Scheffer and Günter Wallbrecht co-helmed this documentary, set at the 2009 Morgenland Festival Osnabrück - an event that fused eastern and western musical traditions on a level virtually unseen until that time. The program cross-cuts between rehearsal clips, concert recordings and performance interviews. Musicians appearing in the film include The Yulduz Turdieva Ensemble, The Morgenland Chamber Orchestra, Nader Mashayekhi and Ibrahim Keivo.
