Farewell Darkness

A compelling performance by Keith Compton keys this engrossing character study. Compton plays a troubled Iraq War veteran who returns to his Chicago home intending to settle a number of family-related issues, chief among them dealing with his abusive father, whom he holds responsible for his mother's suicide. BriAnna Weaver, Circus Szalewski, David Bianchi (who also served as one of the film's producers), Roy Anderson. Directed by Daniel J. Pico, who cowrote the script with Roy Maurer.
