Alan Shapiro's 1996 reworking of Flipper arrives on DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, while Spanish and French soundtracks have been recorded in Dolby Digital Surround. Spanish and French subtitles are accessible. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence, but this disc does offer solid sound and picture quality.
