Free Fall [Blu-ray]

After an apparent suicide attempt, Sara wakes up with no memory of who she is or what happened to her. Nick, her primary caretaker, introduces himself as her loving husband and insists that she rest as healing takes time. However, she is not able to as hostile strangers surround her in an alien environment she does recognize. Things worsen as Nick becomes increasingly overbearing, secretive, and manipulative, forcing the line between reality and horrific fantasy to blur in her head.
