In this volume of the epic anime series, Section 9 goes on to further investigate the mysterious Gohda while also trying to prevent a group of suicide bombers from striking Japan. Togusa encounters a run-in with the law, while the Major discovers that she too is always being watched, even when off duty. With its members facing personal problems of their own, Section 9 will really have to focus on the mounting tasks at hand, first and foremost of which is to find--before it's too late--the person who tried to kill the Prime Minister.
