Also called GARASU NO KANTAI: LEGEND OF THE WIND OF THE UNIVERSE, this anime series concerns the ongoing battle between the People's Army (led by Michel Volban) and the Aristocratic Alliance, led by Lord Vetti. After Vetti created his own empire, the People's Army was formed, but even Michel doubts they can prove a match to the Aristocrats. Hope comes in the form of Cleo, a pirate on a glass ship and the possible descendant of Old World royalty. The series picks up speed with this fourth volume of action-packed episodes.
