Gods of Mexico

This documentary deal with indigenous communities in Mexico. As modernization explodes in the country, the native tribes struggle to retain their cultural identities. Through a combination of action and still shots of these people, the director paints a portrait of the everyday lives of natives living, working, and existing as they have since before the country started its efforts at industrialization and modernizing.
