This double feature contains the third and fourth entries into the Halloweentown franchise. In Halloweentown High, Marnie Piper arranges a student exchange program between her school and Halloweentown High; in Return to Halloweentown, Marnie Piper arrives at the Halloweentown University to find that her arrival is part of a prophecy.
